Senior Retail Product Expert (all genders)

About Your Role

• As the Senior Retail Product Expert you will play a role in identifying opportunities, designing strategies, and executing initiatives to establish a presence on Romanian market. Our primary focus will be concentrated around Unsecured Lending (1st phase) and Savings Offering (2nd phase) delivered to end clients in a fully digital mode.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Addiko group such as IT, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Data Protection with a goal to develop and launch digital products.
• You will conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, pricing development and customer needs and analyze competitor offerings as well as market dynamics to develop a competitive advantage.
• You will be interacting with Risk Management in day-to-day analyses of applied underwriting rules and collection policies to ensure the best business result and customer experience.
• You will be detailing product parameters and customer experience in cooperation with cross-functional teams (document user stories, support product testing on various stages of design process).
• You will manage the product development lifecycle focusing on lending, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality, always in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• You will be responsible for the definition and adjustment of key financial product parameters and expected commercial deliverables with the support of Controlling, Treasury and Risk Management experts.
• You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products in the new market and continuously monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize offerings.

Is this You?

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• You have proven 5+ years experience in product management in the Romanian banking or similar relevant industry, with a track record of successfully launching or managing lending and/or savings products.
• You are experienced in digital product design across its all stages.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
• Intuitive handling of MS Office 365 tools.
• Excellent project management and steering abilities.
• High level analytical skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards connected to unsecured lending and deposits.
• Fond of occasional business traveling (mostly to Austria and Slovenia).
• Flexibility in employment type (employment through staffing agency/Addiko Bank Slovenia/other).
